I'm a Professional Coach with the International Coaching Federation. Over 25 years of business experiences, of which 20 spent as a C-level executive, has given me knowledge and experiences enabling me to understand and solve the questions and problems the organizations and its leaders are facing these days.  

I have got numerous experiences working with differnet people from many international teams. Growth, Change, Digital and Strategy - these have been the key areas describing almost twenty years of my work experience in a highly competitive and disrupted media industry. It has been my pleasure and privilege to collaborate with colleagues from more than 25 countries worldwide including Norway, Sweden, Netherlands, Latvia, Lithuania, Spain and France. My deeper understanding in people and organisational development starts from 2005 when I was responsible for implementation of group HR policies in Estonia, Latvia and Lithania, and obviously that counts as my first milestone on the road I'm moving along today. 

Today I'm full-time head of finance department of Tartu City Government.

I hold the MBA degree from University of Tartu and I was an exchange student at University of Hamburg, Germany. My coaching studies are based on the programs of Academy of Executive Coaching (AoEC) and diploma was issued by Estonia Business School (EBS).

I’m a member of International Coaching Federation (ICF) and a board member of ICF Estonia.

I’m married and father of two children.
